DTN Closing Livestock Comment 04/16 15:19
Livestock Contracts Close Higher Again Wednesday Afternoon

Thursday will be a big hitting day for the livestock complex as participants
watch for Thursday morning's export report, development in the fed cash cattle
market and the afternoon's Cattle on Feed report.

ShayLe Stewart

GENERAL COMMENTS:

The livestock complex was again able to close fully higher thanks to the
ample support from traders as bullish tones continue to take centerstage for
the livestock markets. Some bids developed in the fed cash cattle market, but
no substantial trade developed. May corn is up 3 cents per bushel and May
soybean meal is up $2.50. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 584.20
points.
